30 seconds under a 100 watt light bulb is enough to keep my Seamasters glowing overnight. When I'm out in the sun for a while the glow will be exceptionally bright and stay that way all day long. If you're wearing the watch under a shirt cuff all day, I can understand why it wouldn't glow at the end of the workday. However, just take it home and hold it under a lightbulb for another 30 seconds and it will recharge quickly.
