Glad to hear your problems are solved. That AD's sloppiness cost him a sale, so I don't feel sorry for him. Further, since you did get a paperback instruction manual and all stickers are still on the watch, you know that you received a recent production "fresh" model. As nimm12 said, the newer production models come with the paperback manuals.
