I just measured my speedmaster ( current model - steel back , hesalite crystal ) it is 14 mm thick.
I'm afraid I don't have a Planet Ocean to measure.
For anyone wanting to know sizes/dimensions/weights of a LOT of the Omega Chronographs, you can't do better than visit Chuck Maddox Omega Chronographs dimensions page
