Hi Johan,

Here's a tutorial covering the process

Actually the tutorial is for a vintage Seamaster, but it's the same for a modern watch.

All I would say is the following :-

- If you "mess it up". How much may this cost you ? ( scratched watch, damaged bezel etc etc )

- How much would a watchmaker charge to do this ? As you can see from the tutorial, it is not a long & complicated process.

- If you decide to try it yourself, do you have a cheap watch that you can practice on 1st ?

- As far as I'm aware you can remove the bezel with a decent penknife. But since you say you are "a fast learner with everything technical" you must know by now that the "right tool for the right job" is sometimes an absolute must.
