They used to be available on both the domed rubber strap and the double-ridged rubber strap, both in 18mm. I have seen them occassionally on E-bay.
Another choice would be an after market rubber strap. The Hirsch Leonardo line has a rubber strap that is designed to fit the curve of the case. If you do a google search, you'll find some on-line dealers. They come in 18mm.
