Every time I tried to post a photo it came up as a link.

With Steve's help, I discovered that I was putting the URL into the wrong slot!

Here's an attempt to post a photo which I think will succeed.

No reason for posting this particular shot. It's an Omega produced during WW2 or shortly afterwards. I bought it in a fit of enthusiasm only to discover that it had a cal.260 movement - a fine movement, but not certified as a chronometre as the dial indicates. I think it's a re-dial, excellently done, but why oh why did someone think fit to put "Chronometer" on it!
