I am disgusted with the lack of integrity in the transaction, but this is a titanium 2298, and maybe my last chance to acquire a good one. I do have to have a half-link for it to fit properly, and the dealer has promised to find one for me. When this is over to my satisfaction, I'll let you all know where I ended up, and who had to get involved.
It's just that I want this watch, and the nearest AD has terrible service, poor knowledge of the line and its options, and is several hours away.
