Sad news.

Hi Richard,

I'm so sorry to read this. I hope the insurance know just how valuable some of those vintage watches, specialist tools & spares are.

On the positive side ( if there is one ), you didn't mention ( & I hope this is the case ) anyone getting hurt.

I assume that you have the same phone number & any mail will be re-directed to your new address.

Please feel free to post your new address.

Guys, I sent Richard my Assymetric f300 Connie a few weeks ago.

It was still humming, but had stopped running.

On receipt of the watch & after an initial inspection, Richard gave me a quote ( including fitting a new crystal & bracelet links - which I asked for ).

The watch was returned to me in excellent condition, on time, running perfectly a few weeks later.

I was/am more than happy with the service I got from Richard ( & his wife ).

I can heartily recommend West Repairs.

Richard, once again I'm really sorry to read of your situation. I'm sure you'll bounce back from this.

As Joey said, I'd like to offer collective condolances from all of us here at Chronocentric.

Steve
