Could someone give me there veiws on this watch

Hi, I am considering buying this watch and wondered if anybody could give me an opinion as to if the watch looks real or fake, the seller has all packaging and and instructions but no origial bill of sale and has informed me its a 2003 model and automatic....i just feel a little sceptical about the look of the face as i haven't seen one like it before but i beleive it may just be the way the photo has been taken with the flash re-bounding of the glass...any help would be gratefully appreciated..many thanks...Ade UK...if my photo doesn't appear i would be gratefull if anyone with expertise in this could email me so i can send them a photo..once again thanks.
