Re: Omega Speedmaster Warranty Card

: I need help. Took my 10 year old Seamaster to
: my local AD for service and they lost my
: watch. They gave me a new Speedmaster and in
: the package I received a white box, a red
: box, Owner's manual, Chromometer Card and
: Pictogram card. Both cards are credit card
: sized and both are red. Nothing else. I did
: not get a Warranty card. I should have
: gotten a signed and dated Omega
: International Warranty card, correct? My AD
: told me those two cards are the warranty.
: HELP!

There definitely should be a warranty card with the movement number, model number and serial number of the watch. Also a space for the dealer's name and the date of sale. That's the only card Omega want's to see to honor a warranty.

By the way, they bought you a new Speedy to take the place of a lost Seamaster? What model speedy was it? And, does the chronometer card match the serial number on the Speedmaster?
