Yes. The second hand can be repainted for relatively cheap (usually quick turn over too). You don't even need to take it to a Certified Omega dealer either.

The dial however is a different monster. That must be done through a COD as the parts need to be ordered from Omega. I had my dial replaced because I had some water damage on it (didn't lock the crown properly before swimming) and it cost about $400-$500 to get it all done and replaced. Actually, that price may have included a full service at the time too; it was awhile ago.

But ya, make sure you really want it done cus they don't do it for free.
