Omega Seamaster or Frankenwatch? *LINK*

I'm interested in buying this watch, but not quite sure exactly what it is. It has the omega symbol at the top with Omega and Automatic lettering beneath that. The crown is Omega symbol, and the case back is the seamonster and it says seamaster and has the Omega symbol on it. The inside of the case back is the reference # 166.0215 and the movement is a cal. 1021. The crystal also has a very small engraving of the Omega symbol in it's center. The band is an Omega 1287/250 s/s bracelet . My dilema is the dial, it does not say Seamaster anywhere. I'm wondering if this is a frankenwatch, or if the dial was just refinished. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Ted
