I've actually found a decent insert on eBay, and the price is pretty good (under $20) so that's a plus. However. The damage to the bezel itself is gouges in the metal, rather than surface scratches (We were caught in a HUGE crowd, and my wrist took the full brunt of that surge, as I was holding a shopping bag) so it's pretty safe to say it's beyond polishing up :D I'll keep scouring the net and see what I can come up with, thanks again :)
