Can You Elaborate?

: Don’t buy from WWW.AUTHENTICWATCHES.COM, learn
: from our mistake and loss. We’re calling the
: police to report a theft because they
: essentially took $471 from us, with no
: explanation, after THEY cancelled our order
: for a $3200 watch. Hard to believe that
: companies can conduct business this way. The
: Better Business Bureau was not able to
: resolve this issue as AuthenticWatches.com
: would not respond to them. How can Authentic
: Watches cancel an order on a consumer and
: then charge them a fee. Is that no different
: than stealing? YOU RUN THE RISK OF THE SAME
: THING HAPPENING TO YOU IF YOU MAKE A PAYMENT
: BY CHECK AND NOT CREDIT CARD (which they
: don’t accept for orders above $2999). I
: would NEVER do business with this company.

I have heard some horror stories about trying to get watches repaired through authenticwatches.com, but they always proudly talk about their 100% ebay feddback rating. What justification did they give you for keeping your fee? You said you paid by check, so did they send you a refund for all but the $471????

Sorry to hear about your problems.
