: Hello Guys!
: I'm new here but I like this forum very much.
: I'm thinking to purchase a Railmaster but kinda
: afraid frauds. There're a lot very nice made
: fake watch on market and I could find only
: front side pics in the web. If anybody owns
: a Railmaster could you please post a pic of
: a back side?!

: Thanx a lot in advance!

My dad used to own one but I don't have any pictures. However, all Railmasters have see-through sapphire display backs. You should be able to see "Omega 2403" stamped on the movement when looking through the caseback. The words "Co-Axial Escapement" will be engraved in the stainless steel ring surrounding the sapphire display back.

When in doubt, just post a link to the ebay auction or the seller's pictures here so you can get feedback on whether the watch is real. Unlike the timezone forums, it doesn't violate any rules to post links to auctions or "for sale" listings here. In fact, I'm sure the moderators will agree that doing so is encouraged so that you don't end up buying a fake!!!

Cheers,
John
