Hi Jason,

I'm sorry to read this. You say it was gaining 15 mins per hour in Jan 2007. Did this just suddenly start then or was it running fast before ?

You don't mention whether the shop you bought the watch from is an AD or not. & whether your contact with Omega was directly with Switzerland ( or the country where you live )

Another option would be to E-mail Omega in Switzerland directly. I'd try aftersales-at-omega.ch ( swap -at- with @ ). They are usually very customer friendly.
