Seamaster Aquaterra Purchase

Hi folks, a new member of the forum here looking for a bit of advice.

I've been saving for a while for an Aqua Terra 2502.30. I'm UK based and the list price here is 1575 pounds. However I'm travelling to Toledo Ohio next week and was wondering if I could take advantage of the favourable exchange rate :-) So I had a colleague over there contact Jared the Galleria of Jewelry who say their list price is 2448 US dollars, which is a saving of about 300 pounds. They would have to order the watch in for me which is not a problem as my colleague will be visiting the UK in a couple of months and could bring it over. My question for you guys is can I expect to negotiate a discount with the dealer for a watch he's ordering in? If so how much? Would I have any issues with warranty by buying a watch in the US and exporting it to the UK? Looking forward to being a member of the community!
