How precise can I expect the speedmaster to be +/- x seconds per day?

Omega "tunes"/Adjusts all of their watches to be withing 5 seconds per day at the factory according to reports. However, most dealers will tell you that +/- 15-30 seconds per day is the factory tolerance.

My Pawnshop bought Mark II Professional is +/- 1 second every 2-3 days [easily] and has always run with that sort of accuracy even though I didn't have it serviced the first 15 years I owned it. It was running great, why bother?

How does the precision compare to other self-winding omega watches?

With the exception of COSC rated chronometre certified chronographs [which are more stringently adjusted, the tolerance should be comparable.

Can I use the CHRONOGRAPHs seconds hand (the large seconds hand)as a seconds hand for the time function or will it use up the power reserve within a day this way?

The power reserve should be comparable to each other... There may be an hour's difference either way between the two, but it shouldn't be much and the power reserve should easily be a day and a half, either way with a well maintained watch.

Will the use (and extensive use) of the CHRONOGRAPH function influence the watch precision for regular time?

It hasn't in my experience.

Will the watch stop its time-function when you manually wind it so that it looses the seconds it takes you to wind it?

No, the watch continues to operate while you wind it.

Thanks,

Soren

Hope this helps!
