It sounds fishy to me. The bracelet should say Swiss Made on it. I have the same bracelet that is on that watch and it says Swiss made on the open underside of the clasp extension. There is a triangle with the Omega symbol in it, and next to this it says Swiss made.
Also, the second hand should extend to overlap the indices.
