I don't think you will have a problem with a local watchmaker servicing it, however, as I said before, it will be out of warranty and Omega won't touch it.

You have yet to post a picture of the watch for anyone to try to verify authenticity, so I don't know if its real or not. You also need to check to see if there is a red dot on the caseback. This indicates that the watch case has not been opened. If this is missing, I would not keep the watch as the serial # may have been ground off the movement as well. If this is the case, I don't believe a local watchmaker will be able to get parts for it.
