It doesn't appear on Omega's website. The closest model I can find is the AT XL Chronograph pictured and linked to below...

However, Omega's site does not reflect the full available product line. Your best bet would be to contact an Authorized Dealer to inquire about pricing and availability.

As for the c.3301 movement. It has had a lot of problems in the past [and continues to have problem reports] Do a search on c.33xx on this forum [and timezone.com and watch-u-seek.com Omega forums and you'll see what I mean.
