HELP! Magnetic damage?

Hi!
Maybe someone can tell me how my watch can be repaired or if I've damaged it permanently...

Since half a year I own a Seamaster Professional 2254.50.00 (calibre 1120) and up until now it has run well within the COSC standards (3-4sec fast per 24h).

THE STORY: Don't ask me why, but a couple of days ago I tried if the watch was magnetic or not (since true stainless steel isn't) and I used a small but surprisingly strong magnet on the bracelet which was non-magnetic. I then tested the case back which showed to be magnetic. Fine - now i knew.¨The next morning I noticed that the watch had gained some four(4) minutes just over night! Obviously I had done something severe to the calibre!

QUESTIONS:
- What has most likely happened inside the mechanism?
- What parts are likely affected?
- Can it be restored to fulfill COSC standards again or will there be any residual magnetic effects preventing that?
- Any other input?

All info appreciated.

Thanks
/Peter
N.B. Don't try this at home...
