Re: Omega Chrono Pro Horror Story - Help!

Hello DJT,

You are a very patient man but in my opinion you should now walk away from these people.

Send the watch to Omega in Bienne who will put right all the faults whilst carrying out a service.

I know you have already paid out $450 but geting lawyers involved will cost you more money.

I have been in this position before (not with a watch but the situation was the same) and in the end it is just not worth the hassle.

You obviously like the watch and it will come back form Bienne just like a brand new one. I have just received a 1971 watch back from them and it looks superb.

I understand the frustration and feeling of being ripped off but life is just too short to keep banging your head against a wall.

Good luck and regards,

Jack
