The Suggested Retail Price is not the same in all countries. It varies by things other than simply the currency rate. That plus shopping customs of negotiating and discount vary a lot too.
But also realize that you will pay custom duties bringing a watch back into the USA.
So you really are better off simply getting your best deal here in the USA. People tend to assume the best deals are usually somewhere else. But that isn't true very often anymore.
