Nice guy; he brought me my first Omega today, a silver speedmaster date. I was amazed how nervous I was taking it out of the case; winding it, setting it. It felt so much different than trying it on in the store. Thanks to everyone for guiding my choice. Reading the postings on this forum as well as Timezone was a great help, and helped me find a great AD. By the way, everything I've read indicated serial numbers are on the case back near the 7 o'clock lug. But on mine, its dead center, under the Speedmaster logo. Is that a new thing?
