I missed that. I have never been charged a penny for any COSC certificate I've ever ordered (about a dozen or so over the years), so I'm surprised that statement is in there.

This would certainly be nice. Omega gives you that chrnometer certificate card, and Breitling gives you a piece of paper saying your watch is COSC certified, but I'm not aware of any manufacturer who actually gives you the COSC certificate with the watch. There may be some out there that I am not aware of, though. Rolex, for example, won't even send you the COSC certificte upon request, so I'm glad that Omega extends its customers this free courtesy.
