I know we've all been saying this for a long time, but Omega's website is abysmally poor compared to those of their competitors. You can't even find vital information like case diameters on Omega's website. They also continue to have technical glitches in which discontinued models are still listed while current models don't show up.

When you go to Breitling's website, for example, you can find all of the critical dimensions of a given watch, rotate its picture, etc. If Omega wants to move more "upscale", they need to provide their customers with a far more "enticing" website. It speaks poorly of Omega when you can get more detailed information on numerous gray market websites than you can on Omega's own site.
