I agree. Many factors could have affected the outcome. As Chuck noted, the variability in valuations was considerable and raises questions: were the estimates done by more than one person or was it one guy suffering from a severe lack of sleep?
In order to really see a trend we need to follow more of the auctions.... Time will tell...
