Omega Seamaster Bezel Inserts

Does anyone know where you can buy a decent Omega insert for a full size Bond? I've been buying the ones off of Ebay cus they are cheap and easy to throw in, but all of the newer ones seem to have the glowing marker (at 12) pop out after a few weeks of wear. I know I can buy the official Bezel from Otto Frei, but a few hundred bucks vs. the thirty on Ebay is pretty steep. Also, I don't need the bezel, just the insert, so I don't want to invest in the extras I don't need (I have the Titanium version so it would be even more expensive anyway).

Any ideas where you can buy an Official (or good quality knock off) that won't fail me?
