I personally never buy a knockoff part for any of my genuine Omegas (don't own any fakes).
They makes the fakes all day long, so you'll see lots of them. Just about any color you want, too!
I'd go for a genuine part, which you'll only get through an authorized Omega service or from a parts place like Otto Frei. Watchco in Australia may have them, but both places get them from Switzerland.
