DNFTT "Do not feed the trolls"

"An Internet troll, or simply troll in Internet slang, is someone who posts controversial, inflammatory, irrelevant or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum or chat room, with the intention of provoking other users into an emotional response[1] or to generally disrupt normal on-topic discussion.[2]"

Yep . . . that's a positive identification.

'A monster in the Munchkin card game is named the Net Troll. It is described as having "no special powers, and is really mad about it."'

Yep . . . that's our guy.

This thread sort of reminds me of a miscreant who walked into a bar and tried to pick a fight.

What he didn't know was the bar was filled with disciples of a Asian martial arts disipline.

This disipline required its followers to pledge an oath of non-violence

. . . . . . . . . . . . . and to maintain a diet of nothing but beans.

The fellow trying to pick a fight couldn't get anybody to do anything except fart on him, softly

-- kind of like our troll.
