These dated to around 1968 - 70.
The quality of these US cases was very high and NM had several casemakers produce cases for the US Seamasters including Star. The movement belongs to a family of calibres that were considered the best Omega ever made and its brother the calibre 561 is regarded by many as the best production movement ever made.
I'm assuming the case is a very minimalist design with straight lugs. Classic mid-range styling for middle America.
