Early 60's Beads of Rice bracelet

I have a question for anyone who is an expert on early 60's seamaster gold plated BOR bracelets. Mine was from Mexico in 1963 and I'm sure that the clasp is genuine but I think it may have been switched over to a replacement bracelet. Were the ends of the outside links on these vintage bracelets gold plated on the outside edges as well or just around the circumference.

Also, the outside links on mine also more rectangular in shape with beveled edges instead of eliptical as the replacements available now seem to be. The only other curiosity is the width - the bracelet is 19mm wide but the stamped end links are 18mm. Apparently back in the 60's it was common for these bracelets to be made under contract in each market.
