Setting an Omega Quartz Day Date

I just purchased an older Omega Constellation Quartz with day date feature. It is a caliber 1346, circa 1977, and it didn't come with any instructions on how to set the day date or change the time. I quickly figured out how to change the hour hand by pulling out the crown and turning. And, by pushing in the crown you stop the sweep second hand. After about an hour I got the day date to be correct but the minute hand was still 7 minutes fast. How do I get the minute hand to change???? Is their a web site I can go to so I can download an owner's manual for this watch???? I would not appreciate having to hold the crown in for 7 minutes just to get the proper time set. Their has to be an easier way..... The watch is in great shape but I would just like to know the proper, and easy, way to set the functions, like minutes, day and date... I'm sure there must be a manual out there some where. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Please email me at: david10244@cox.net Thank you very much. David Capstick in Hutchinson, Kansas
