I am a design student under the discipline Design For Retail Experience at a reputed institution called NID (National Institute Of Design) in India. I am currently working on a 6 week store design project. Our aim is to pick a brand and design an experience based showroom or boutique in India and of course I picked Omega! I would be extremely grateful if all "Indian Omega Owners" on these forums could take five minutes to answer a few simple questions that are required for me to build a profile and understand who Omega should target in India and how they should go about it.
Questionnaire:
1) Name:
2) Age:
3) Gender:
4) Which part of India to you belong to?
5) Where do you reside currently?
6) Profession:
7) How many Omegas do you own?
8) What is/are the model name(s)?
9) Reason for buying the watch(s)? (eg: status symbol, watch buff, technology freak, professional reasons, etc...)
10) If it was gifted to you then from whom and for what occassion?
11) Where was the watch purchased from? (location anywhere in the world and showroom name)
12) Your views on the store/boutique? (what you liked or disliked and things that you found lacking eg: lighting, display, seating, etc...)
13) Considering this brands 160 year heritage, what kind of experince would you want to have when you visit an Omega Boutique
When replying to this questionnare, just write the corresponding question number and your answer along side it.
I hope that there will be a lot of folks here who would help me make the Omega experience better!
Eagerly awaiting reples...
