My Rado broke about 1 year ago while I was vacationing (the crystal came off).
I sent it to SGUS (the LA branch, I am in California) and got an estimate for > $700.
I told them to forget it (that was about half the price of the watch when it was new).
This year we travelled to europe for a vacation and I brought my watch with me (I still had
the glass which has simply come unglued due to the heath and humidity in Bermuda).
I stopped at a rado official retailer, left it there for 3 days to be repaired.
Total cost: 5 Euros (watch looks like new).
Needless to say SGUS is not going to get any of my business anytime in the future,
those overpriced crooks.
