The 1430 is probably the movement number. That fits with it being a quartz Omega.

Based on the style, I would suspect it is at least from the mid 1980s, if not earlier. It wasn't until the 1990s that Omega started putting the serial numbers on the outside of all their watches. So you should take it to a jeweler and have them open it to read the inside serial number off the movement.

I see no immediate reason to believe it is a fake. Fakes of models of that age are rare--though there are some bogus pieces where a "Seamaster 300" was fraudelently assembled by taking a Seamaster 120 like yours and replacing the bezels and dials with surplus Seamaster 300 parts.
