Problem totalizer minute SMP Chrono

Hi
I need help with my SMP Chrono. When I start the chrono the minute totalizer hand only runs one or two minutes and then stop but the hour totalizer runs ok. Then I stop and start again without restart de time and the minute totalizer han runs two or three minutes and stop again.
