Please do not type in all capital letters! That is considered lazy, offensive and the equivalent of shouting at people.

To answer your question, there are not really any cheap sources to buy these links. So if you don't find someone with ones to spare, your next best bet will be www.ofrei.com. They post some Omega bracelet links on their web site, but the 18K/Ti ones are more unusual, so you will likely need to call them to order those. Also, be certain whether your watch is the ROSE or YELLOW gold version. Best to give them the exact model number of your watch for proper identification.
