23 seconds a day is too much.

But before you have it fixed, one question. How do you store the watch at night? Remember that mechanical watches are sensitive to position relative to gravity. Most mechanical watches run slower in some positions than others when gravity pulls in only one direction for an extended period of time.

If you take your watch off at night, try putting it in difference positions (face up, face down, crown up crown down, crown left, crown right,...) and see if that makes up for the difference.
