What do you mean by "distinguished marks after the spot"? I can only assume that you mean that it would make more sense to you if the bezel were a "count down" bezel instead of "elapsed time" bezel. If it were a "count down" bezel, it would not be good for many other purposes other than diving. But in reality, few divers watches are really used for this purpose on a regular basis.
