As long as the new configuration will be identical to a model that is already in production, then this is an authorized procedure.

You may need to find another OMEGA dealer.

YOu might be able to find a dealer who will order the new bezel for you as a "REPLACEMENT" piece rather than as a new piece. In some cases, this can be less expensive.

I also understand that one needs to be very skilled at this procedure as the aluminum bezel inserts are prone to being bent by accident.
