Re: if bond was replace, will the seamaster?

Most likely the costume director for the film will pick something that suits the image they are going for with the new actor. That's what they did when they chose for Pierce Brosnan to not wear the traditional Rolex that his four predecessors often did.

If the relationship between Omega and the Bond film producers is still strong, it might still be the same watch. Or might be a different model Omega watch. My recommendation would be the Seamaster GMT.

But I don't think that will be an issue for a while. Pierce Brosnan is likely to continue as Bond for one more film -- which likely won't come out until at least 2005. So the following film that might involve a new actor would unlikely be at the stage where a watch selection would be announced until 2007 or later.
