: it's not that diffcult - though a lot easier on the speedy type bracelet due to fewer parts in the bracelet. you need a tool for sizing the bracelet which you can buy from frei@borel (ca $15).

i saw once a post describing the process in detail (whith pictures) either here or on time zone. do a search.

essentially. push pins out in the direction of the arrow. each pin comes out with its sleeve. when reconnecting the link insert pin with its sleeve on the side it came out (ie against the direction of the arrow). be careful not too bend/break the tip of the link removal tool. if it starts bending ease off the pressure and try to straighten the pin and reapply pressure.

take your time. it's is not that difficult if you have the right tool.
