Congratulations Anthony

I think there is a lot of value going through an Authorized Dealer.

First, you can get exactly the watch you want, not what a gray market dealer has to offer. You can also get bracelet links, straps and clasps.

Second, you know the history of the watch. It's brand new, not a return or slightly used.

Third, you don't know how long any Online Dealer will be in business to service your watch under their warranty. An Omega Warranty is valid all over the world.

Fourth, Authorized Omega Service has access to parts and knowledge to service your watch properly. Ultimately, Omega (the manufacturer) is responsible to make sure your watch is running right. There are watches I've had and have that I wouldn't trust to anyone except Authorized Omega. For instance, an X-33 or a Co-Axial.
