The number 266 is the movement calibre. It is most likely from the 1950s. The 13834188 is the serial number of the movement.

Omega should be able to look up that serial number for you and tell you the details on that piece. See the link below.

By 'case,' I'm assuming you mean you don't have the box the watch came in. In watch terminology, 'case' normally refers to the metal casing of the watch itself. The box the watch comes in is simply called the box.

Not much else to tell you based on the info you gave. If you could post a photo it would help.

Is the metal of the watch steel? Gold? Is the condition excellent, good or poor? Does it run and keep time decently?
