caliber 564 or 565 ??

Hi !
I'm a french lover of omega watches.
I could read several thinks about omega caliber on the net.
Here is my question :
On the net, I can find several "constellations" with caliber 564 in, a chronometer-grade movement.

I think that the caliber 565 is the same movement, but without the "chronometer-passed" of the COSC. This caliber is common in "Geneve" watch.

But the problem is : I found also, on the net, some constellation whith a 565 in, so...

- Are some 565 chronometer-grade and some not, or..
- Are "chronometer" only constellations with 564 in (and constellations with 565 ARE NOT), or...
- Are some chronometer-grade 565 in some Geneve watches (as say some watch sellers on the net) or...
- Are some chronometer-grade 565, but ONLY in Constellations watches ???????

All that is not very clear.
I'm interested in this detail because I own the old Geneve of my grand-father, and I saw exactly the same, with 565 in, and the seller says that it is a chronometer. Is it possible or not ??? (I never opened my watch)

I would like to know...
Thank you for your answer !!!
