Re: Fear Omega USA service!
In Response To: Re: Fear Omega USA service! ()

My Mars watch started losing time last January and the odd thing was the digital readout was accurate while the hands were off by several hours. My local Omega dealer sent it in to Omega in January and after diagnosis they called for $600 to put in a new module. Two months later it came back, with the indicated time two hours apart, we sent it right back. Two months later in May it came back again saying they were mistaken and the module hadnt been replaced but was now. It was obviously losing time again so the dealer sent it back, again. Last week it came back for the third time, the dealer didnt even call me but watched it and, you guessed it, still losing time. The President of Omega in the USA is Greg Swift, I called him today and left a voicemail asking for his help. Lets see if he calles me back.
