Up for sale today my 980.006 Heuer diver all original, bought from a fellow forum member on 7th June last year.
Case: Overall very good condition light scratches commensurate with age a bit of a ding on the outside of the upper crown guard, looks to have never been polished.
Bezel: Original bezel and insert with a few minor scratches.
Crown: As with many of these divers the crown is a Tag Heuer replacement but it screws down and works well
Caseback: In overall very good condition, some light scratches commensurate with age, model number etc clearly visible looks to have never been polished.
Dial: Beautiful original dial no blemishes whatsoever and nicely aged patina to the indices.
Hands: Again original hands no cracking to the lime and nicely aged patina.
Movement: Original movement which has not been tested for accuracy but keeps good time.
Service history is unknown
Strap / Bracelet: As shown in the pictures the watch will come with the vintage style dark brown leather strap which is hardly worn and will include a non branded aftermarket jubilee bracelet which will fit a 7 1/2" wrist.
I am looking for $550 /£350 for this honest watch and shipping will be DHL actual cost (normally around $35).
