Rules: Postings must be an ad announcing an intent to sell, buy or trade. Full item description and photo(s) must be posted within the message here, not as links to other websites. Links to online auctions and other sites: Links to online auctions, dealer sites or other listings of items are permitted, but you should be careful to ensure that such listings will comply with our other ChronoTrader Policies. In addition, we request that sellers linking to online auctions or listings offer some benefit or accomodation to ChronoTrader readers (for example, some discount or an undertaking to end an auction early, to keep a watch "in the family"). Photos must be of the actual item for sale in its present condition. No counterfeit or replica products. No post for the same item may be repeated within 7 days, except to lower the asking price. Commercial dealers are limited to three unique posts per day. [More...]
Mickey's Recently Serviced, Very slightly polished, All original Matte Dial Rolex 16800. After over 5 decades and dozens of high quality time-pieces, Mickey got his first Rolex. It may be as good or better than anything he's ever worn other than his Patek Nautilus.
Sadly, he's just not a Rolex Guy and here's what Mickey has to offer:
Original matte dial Rolex transitional 16800. This is the version of the last of the James Bond worn Rolex watches - License to Kill. Original creamy patina, both pearl and plots. Unfortunately my lack of photo skills don't show the rich original tan patina of the sweeps and plots. Simply stunning! Original and tight 12 link 93150 bracelet, 593 end links and divers extension.
Mickey loves his vintage Omega Speedmasters Thus this is what he's looking to wear:
Either an original 145.022-68 Transitional w/ DON bezel or a 145.022 Apollo 11 Straight Writing Case-back w/ Apollo XI 1969 or an exceptional 145.022-69 with a 220 bezel. Either one of these needs to be in similar condition, completely original and/or recently serviced with the original Omega parts included. Depending on accessories and over-all condition, appropriate "sugar" as necessary either way to sweeten the deal. Maybe heads-up? Fell free to request additional questions, scans, whatever, just ask. Miki
